He was addressing a gathering where he launched the works for the new building of a Library in Siddipet.<\/p>\n<p>Harish said that it is one of the oldest libraries and it is being renovated with a cost of around Rs 2 crore which would have sections for ladies children and men separately.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the book was a very good friend and that it was better than using the cell phone all the time. Good books always develop the man into a good and great human being he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Don&#8217;t become a slave of cell phones he suggested to the youth. Books area alway your good companions he explained.
