{"id":188657,"date":"2019-07-23T20:59:44","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T15:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/?p=188657"},"modified":"2019-07-23T20:59:44","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T15:29:44","slug":"95th-birth-anniversary-of-dasarathi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/95th-birth-anniversary-of-dasarathi\/","title":{"rendered":"95th birth Anniversary of Dasarathi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Group-I Officers of Telangana State, attending the 2 nd Foundation Course at Dr MCR HRD Institute, celebrated 95th Birth Anniversary of Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu with gaiety and reverence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A number of video clips on the life and works of Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu were screened.The Group-I Officers recited the poems penned by him.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-188658 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-1-660x365.jpeg\" alt=\"Suddala Ashok Teja\" width=\"660\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-1-660x365.jpeg 660w, https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-1-696x385.jpeg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sri Dasarathi Lakshman, who graced the event, said that his illustrious father, Dasarathi<br \/>\nKrishnamacharyulu, was a poet, writer, lyricist, humanist, and above all, a freedom fighter, all rolled into one. \u201cHis deep commitment to discipline in all walks of life enabled him to excel in multiple domains\u201d, he stated and added that his contributions are so immense that he will remain as a bright star on the horizons of the Telangana State.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suddala Ashok Teja, a popular lyric writer from Tollywood, said that Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu was jailed several times for protecting and working for people\u2019s interests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDespite all these hurdles, he penned inspiring poems, including, &amp;quot;Naa Telangana, Nakotiratanaalaveena&amp;quot;, which caught on with the masses and turned out to be an iconic source of inspiration for the historic movement for separate Telangana State.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-188659 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-4-660x365.jpg\" alt=\"Suddala Ashok Teja\" width=\"660\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-4-660x365.jpg 660w, https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Photo-4-696x385.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEven though Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu was a Telugu poet, he considered Urdu and Telugu as his two eyes with which he read other languages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sri B P Acharya, IAS, Spl.
