KCR read out the budget for about an hour in detail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is a precedent of the CMs presenting the budget. Nedurumally Janardhan Reddy the CM from the Congress party earlier presented the budget. Goa CM Parrikar also presented the Budget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karnataka CM Kumara Swamy Gowda and Chattisgarh CM Bhupesh also presented the Budget for the year 2019-20.<br \/>\nHimachal CM Thakur also presented the Budget for this current financial year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-180635 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/kcr-budget-600x365.jpg\" alt=\"kcr budget\" width=\"600\" height=\"365\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The chief Ministers of united Andhra Pradesh Kasu Brahmananda Reddy and also K Rosaiah presented the Budgets earlier. So there is nothing new in KCR presenting the budget. There was a precedent of this kind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Union budget was presented by Piyush Goel in the absence of Finance minister Arun Jaitley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UP CM Akhilesh Yadav and Kerala CM Oman Chandy also presented the budgets earlier taking the responsibility of the Finance Ministers.
