Salman Khan is known for his munificence, within the industry and outside of it. And Riteish Deshmukh happens to be one man who can vouch hard for it.<\/p>\n
The 50-year-old superstar who is almost ready to get married has confirmed he will be a part of the biopic on Chhatrapati Sivaji Maharaj in Marathi, which will have Riteish portraying the eponymous Marathi warrior.<\/p>\n

The biopic will be helmed by National Award winning director Ravi Jadhav, who\u2019s also directed Riteish\u2019s Friday release, \u2018Banjo\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was extremely gracious of Salman to have offered to be a part of this without knowing exactly what part he is going to play. I respect that faith he has in me and our friendship,\u201d Riteish divulged in an interview to a TV Channel.<\/p>\n
Salman, who had also done a quirky cameo in the actor\u2019s highly successful \u2018Lai Bhaari,\u2019 had said that his role in the film won\u2019t be limited to being a cameo.<\/p>\n

When quizzed on the same the actor revealed that it would be too premature to talk about it since the film was still in the scripting stage. Salman, who\u2019s quite fluent in Marathi, apparently converses with Riteish in the language regularly.<\/p>\n
The actor also realises that recreating the bygone era of Maratha dominance convincingly on-screen won\u2019t be an easy task and considers it a huge responsibility. Lets hope the Shiv Sena leaders will like it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
