\nRequirement for Branch Manager (BM) \/ Sales Manager ( SM ) – Bancassurance with a leading Multi National Life Insurance Company ( Agency Tied Channel ) :<\/p>\n
Job Description:
\nHandling a team of 10 Releationship Managers .
\nMaintaining good and healthy releationship with banking partners.
\nRelationship Management
\nManage the relationship with the team, customers(internal & external)
\nSupport day to day operation of the sales
\nManaging sales and sale related activity in the channel.<\/p>\n
Channel Support and Sales Process Management
\nManage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any)
\nManage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation<\/p>\n
Training and Product Support
\nFacilitate and anchor ongoing training and skills development for channels and employees including new hires at channels
\nEnsure delivery of all mandatory trainings<\/p>\n
Administrative and Control functions
\nEnsure adherence to all company policies and processes.
\nEnsure that team is engaged around business objectives & results.
\nDevelop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent.<\/p>\n
Desired Candidate Profile:
\nEducation-UG:Any Graduate – Any Specialization \/
\nPG:Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization<\/p>\n
Looking candidates with minimum 6 years experience in sales and Minimum 3 plus years of experience in insurance – Bancassurance .
\nCTC offered : 8 – 12 Lakhs per annum<\/p>\n
