Description\/Required Skills: HR-Executive with exceptional communication skills will be the best candidate for us.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
Successful track-record as a recruiting experience for Domestic and US Staffing.
\nWell versed with various US Tax terms and Visas, (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD. etc.
\nMust be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment.
\nHave a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
\nAble to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description.
\nAble to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in our in-house requirements.
\nProven success in sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels.
\nUsage of portal like, Naukri, Monster, Internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.
\nNegotiating & finalizing salary. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to find common ground in negotiations.
\nShould hold expertise in using various internet job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc.
\nGoal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful.
\nShould know how to efficiently work on Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.
\nExcellent communication and active listening skills.<\/p>\n
Experience in Campus Hiring, good connection with placement cells of IT colleges.<\/p>\n
Have experience in hiring for US Staffing Companies<\/p>\n
