\nPosition: US HR Admin & Accounts Executive(Multiple positions):
\nWork Location : Near Gachibowli , Hyderabad – India.
\nSalary: DOE on Full time basis
\nTimings: EST Timings MondayFriday(6:30Pm to 3:30Am on IST)
\nWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive who has previously worked for IT consulting\/Staffing companies in Offshore location. Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks at our Hyderabad\/Gachibowli office during night shift:
\n3 years of experience required in performing following tasks. We may consider less experience who are really interested in this role with great communication skills
\nCollect timesheets from consultants who are working at client locations
\nMake sure all consultants’ hours are entered in CloudRay Timesheet system
\nInvoice to clients from QuickBooks\/JobDiva Divafinancials .
\nFollow-up on payments with clients and update Divafinancials once receive payments from clients
\nRun Account receivables reports and send to management on weekly basis.
\nPrepare payroll sheet as per hours from Timesheet system
\nCreate Vendor bills as per the invoices received from Vendors
\nResolve issues related to timesheets & payments.
\nShould be able communicate well with consultants clients and vendors. Excellent communication Skills required for this job.
\nPrevious work experience in US IT Consulting Domain Required.
\nWork during US EST timings\/India night shift
\nSalary will be decided based on experience in the above mentioned tasks.
