{"id":140278,"date":"2018-04-16T12:58:43","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T07:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/?p=140278"},"modified":"2018-04-16T12:58:43","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T07:28:43","slug":"all-acquitted-in-mecca-masjid-blast-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/all-acquitted-in-mecca-masjid-blast-case\/","title":{"rendered":"All acquitted in Mecca Masjid blast case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A National Investigation Agency (NIA) Special Court at Nampally in Hyderabad acquitted all the five accused, including Swami Aseemanand, in the case of an attack on the Mecca Masjid 11 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The NIA had originally charged 10 right-wing activists of plotting and carrying out the attack using an IED device on May 18, 2007.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mecca-1523859645.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-140279\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mecca-1523859645.jpg\" alt=\"All acquitted in Mecca Masjid blast case\" width=\"604\" height=\"402\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the accused, Sunil Joshi of Madhya Pradesh, a former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) pracharak, was murdered while the case was being investigated.<\/p>\n<p>Two other accused, Sandeep V.
