\nHave 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
\nMust have good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for US Companies.
\nWell Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
\nWell Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
\nExperience in working with OPT\/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
\nKnowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
\nRegular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
\nHaving a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
\nExpert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc and also other networking Methods.
\nAbility to do H1 Transfers.
\nMust have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
\nMust be willing to work in Night Shifts
\nMust be a good team player and result driven
\nNote : Availability for face to face interview is must<\/p>\n
