Job Description:
\nFollow up with US Consultants for time sheets.
\nMust have Expert level Hands On Experience of Quick Books.
\nMaintain and preparing data for US payroll based on the time sheets received from consultants and submitting payroll data in Quick Books.
\nInvoicing to US clients Managers and Vendors using QuickBooks.
\nFollow up with Clients on payments\/discrepancies on payments\/dues.
\nAnswer Clients questions related to Invoices, Net Terms
\nMaintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
\nPreparing ageing report of accounts receivables using QuickBooks.
\nBank Reconciliation
\nPreparation of financial statements.
\nMaintain & Reconcile General ledger accounts.
\nGenerate and maintain financial reports.
\nOn time billing Invoices distribution & follow ups for payments.
\nFinancial Reporting & audit preparation and Coordinate the audit process.
\nShould be experienced in drafting emails to vendors, clients and consultants
\nCoordinate with the internal sales team before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing.
\nKnowledge of Indian Payroll<\/p>\n
Other Skills:
\nStrong communication skills both verbal and written.
\nGood listening skills. Good presentation skills must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
\nEnsure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements<\/p>\n
