He himself agreed on this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But Venkaiah is one person who cannot keep quiet. He will express his opinion and there is no doubt about this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYou want to eat beef, then eat. Why festival? Similarly, a \u2018Kiss Festival\u2019, if you wish to kiss why do you need a festival or anyone\u2019s permission for it,\u201d Naidu said while addressing at the platinum jubilee celebration of Matunga-based R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics on Monday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/naidu222339dl1480.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-130864\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/naidu222339dl1480.jpg\" alt=\"Kiss if you want-but why a Kiss festival?\" width=\"759\" height=\"422\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venkaiah also spoke about the issue on freedom of speech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the V-P, freedom of speech also needs some regulation to protect the rights of others. He said that of the 700-odd universities in the country, only \u2018few have problems\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDissent is agreeable, but disintegration cannot be allowed.
