He also asserted that parents must not marry their daughters off without checking the groom\u2019s background.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking at a public meeting, ahead of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board\u2019s plenary in Hyderabad, Owaisi said,\u201cThings were different but times have changed now. We have to understand this.
