{"id":127817,"date":"2018-02-05T08:54:20","date_gmt":"2018-02-05T03:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/?p=127817"},"modified":"2018-02-05T08:54:20","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T03:24:20","slug":"medicines-with-cow-urine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/medicines-with-cow-urine\/","title":{"rendered":"Medicines with Cow Urine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After its proposal to make floor cleaners using cow urine, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to give a push to the use of cow urine in preparing medicines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The Ayurveda department has prepared eight medicines using gau mutra which can prove to be useful in case of liver ailments, joint pain and immunity deficiency,&#8221; the department&#8217;s director Dr RR Chaudhary told.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-127818 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/3-10.jpg\" alt=\"Medicines with Cow Urine \" width=\"600\" height=\"297\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The department, which has two pharmacies (in Lucknow and Pilibhit) along with other private units, is preparing Ayurvedic medicines using cow urine, cow milk and ghee,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are eight Ayurvedic medical colleges in the state in Banda, Jhansi, Muzaffarnagar, Allahabad, Varanasi, Bareilly, Lucknow and Pilibhit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;In these medical colleges, degree course in Ayurvedic medicine is imparted.
