The court modified its 2016 order a day after the government said a final call can be taken once a ministerial panel makes guidelines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-122339 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Supreme-Court-1.jpg\" alt=\" National Anthem not a must \" width=\"587\" height=\"348\" \/><br \/>\nDiscretion on the national anthem issue lies with the centre, the court said, adding that if cinema halls play the national anthem, the audience must stand up. The differently-abled though are exempt from complying with the order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We are happy. Part of our demands has been met.
