Some even kept previous currency in circulation while introducing the new one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0But, there was a\u00a0<em>shahenshah\u00a0<\/em>700 years back, Muhammad Bin Tughlaq, who introduced his own (currency) while discontinuing the old currency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThus, we can say that demonetisation was done 700 years back.
