He took charge as Gujarat Chief Minister in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-110662\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/68128-zprgtzjmsa-1510206841.jpg\" alt=\"Gujarat CM fined \" width=\"1200\" height=\"630\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/68128-zprgtzjmsa-1510206841.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/68128-zprgtzjmsa-1510206841-768x403.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rupani has been asked to pay the penalty within 45 days.
