Study author Dr Keith Tolfrey said, &#8220;There is a common belief that breakfast is the &#8220;most important meal of the day&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, around one third of children and adolescents in many countries skip breakfast regularly.
