2 to 8 years or more experienced in ASP.Net
\nStrong in ASP.NET\/C#\/SQL Server
\nExperience on MVC, WCF, WPF would be added advantage
\nStrong knowledge of software development best practices, particularly for design, coding, and testing
\nExcellent Experience in Software Development Methodologies
\nGood Understanding of Design patterns
\nGood experience in JQuery, JavaScript and AJAX
\nParticipated in Application Analysis and Design
\nExperience in the Database Design, writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers and Cursors
\nExperience in the documentation of the client requirements and Involved in providing Solutions to the Client
\nInvolved in implementing and developing Web Services
\nExposure to unit testing frameworks (MBUnit, NUnit)
\nExperience with build systems and concepts (TFS, Jenkins, CC.NET, NANT)
\nExperience in working with Source Code Control Systems TFS, Perforce, Source Safe, SVN, GIT
\nExtensive involvement and implementation of XML DOM objects in Front end application
\nData Migration from Access to SQL Server using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
\nHandling the team members and co ordination with the client and team members regarding the requirement
\nGood communication skills
\nAbility to work on deadlines and schedule deliverables
\nObsession with quality and customer experience – Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly
