\nSeeking a full-time graduate architect for a position within a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm.
\nDuties will focus on architectural design of healthcare projects (inpatient & outpatient) as well as high rise residential + commercial, high end interiors (residential and commercial).
\nCandidates need to possess:<\/p>\n
\nSolid understanding of a wide range of computer applications used in a professional design Office: Photoshop, InDesign, 3D StudioMax, Sketchup, etc.
\nExperience in working in an office\/professional setting.
\nA strong work ethic and a drive to exceed client expectations.
\nEducational Requirements:<\/p>\n
\nDuties will include:<\/p>\n
\nSupporting senior architects as part of the design process
\nCoordinating with a multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the design process.
\nAttend client meetings and design review meetings
\nDeveloping final construction plans
\nOn-site construction administration and site inspection visits to assess the quality of the work
