She also produced a 2 cm strip of the tongue at the police station.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Police said the man was booked under section 447 (criminal trespass), 354 (assault with the intention to outrage modesty of a woman) and 367 (attempt to rape) of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-101649 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/no-rape.jpg\" alt=\"no rape\" width=\"1024\" height=\"477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/no-rape.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/no-rape-768x358.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The man allegedly had similar charges against him earlier and has been remanded to judicial custody for a week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the second high-profile sexual assault case to surface in the southern state in two months.
