The unofficial ban on Kishore Kumar from radio and television after he refused to sing for Sanjay Gandhi also gets a mention in the film.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-100746 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/indu-sarkar-youtube_640x480_71501162702-e1501229674309.jpg\" alt=\"indu-sarkar\" width=\"612\" height=\"417\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite having gathered a group of critically appreciated actors, Madhur Bhandarkar fails to make the best use of them. Neil Nitin Mukesh is one of the most wasted talents in the movie. He has given some of his best performances as a mean, high-on-power person but his act as \u201cchief\u201d in Indu Sarkar appears too superficial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-100747 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Anupam_Kher.jpg\" alt=\"Anupam_Kher\" width=\"673\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actually Indu Sarkar film was publicised as a film \u201con Emergency\u201d, it actually oscillates between a political drama and a typical Bollywood film about a couple.
